None of my projects work now, getting "Frame substitution recursion" and "Error retrieving frame"

Updated Premiere and now none of my old projects work and I cannot even get my .m2t files to work in a new project.

Get "Frame substitution recursion attempt abortingafter multiple attemptson file" and Error retrieving frame".

Rolled back to version 14.5 and updated Nvidia drivers, still having the same issue.

All footage is from Sony HDV camera.

revert to the previous version of premiere that worked...

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card

It's possible your system no longer meets system requirements as these change with newer versions
