Nvidia rtx 30 series graphics cards supported yet

Are the nvidia rtx 30 series graphics cards supported yet?  Im currently having problems where every so often i get stutters in the video but it doesnt effect the audio

I didnt realize there were studio drivers, i only just got premiere pro last week and with the other editing programs i used they would just use your graphics card without seperate drivers
