Just curious, is there a video effect or something that can make a video clip look like it was filmed 70 years ago and played on a projector? Looking for the black spots and the fuzziness and the slower frame type of look.
Boris FX have a Film Damage plugin that does a good job, no doubt there are other plugin manufacturers that do something similar but you have to buy.
It is possible to do it yourself and if you search online for 'Premiere Pro old film effect?' you'll see some tutorials. The one from Motion Array seems pretty good.
Plus search 'Premiere Pro film scratches' online and you'll find some free film scratches and dust clips. these can be added as overlay to your footage to help sell the effect of 'old film'.
