Is there an On Project Load event for extendscript / CEP or anything akin to that?

Looking for the same event in After Effects.

The only thing I found is the app.project.file but this is accessible even before the project has finished loading.

@ryanj50726354 Did you find anything?

Looking for this too, so I'm adding another post to this thread instead of creating a new one.

I'm trying to write a condition to enable or disable ScriptUI elements of docked panels on load, if the project is eligible. Currently I am checking for an empty "control composition" to enable or disable the elements, but that requieres a reload of the panel if another or no project hast been loaded before.

Edit: Typos.
