OpenCL disabled on Premiere Pro 14.2 but available on Adobe Media Encoder

I´ve been having this issue since Premiere 14.

OpenCL is disabled on Premiere Pro, but is enabled on Adobe Media Encoder. 

Using Windows 10 1909 with a Ryzen 1700, 32GB of RAM and AMD Radeon RX 580 with the latest drivers. 

I will really like to use the new export features of 14.2

That sounds like you may have an older version of MediaEncoder. What is the version of MediaEncoder on your machine? The current one is 14.7.
