Hi, I can open two projects at once, I can see the directory for second project, but I can't actually get it to play or show on screen, I have to close the current project and specifically open only that project. I'm sure I'm missing something that should be obvious.
Thank you!
Which version of Premiere Pro are you using? For several versions now, one could open multiple projects and simply drag/drop things onto the current project's timeline panel ... or right-click open a sequence in the timeline panel.
It's been so easy that it's been easy to actually move things from one project to another without meaning to, and has to many users posting here been a royal pain.

But if I have A timeline open and B media explorer, and click 'save" what does it save? And why would I drag onto the timeline of a project that already has media from another project? It's hard for me to understand.

Oh I see that it saves as whatever you have highlighted.

I have right clicked as many places as I can, I see no option for 'open a sequence' and I'm not sure what drag/drop things onto current projects timeline means. But thank you!

Click on a sequence in a bin in the Project panel, right-click "open in timeline".
