opening a new project while premier is open

Hey everyone just wondering how do I open a new project inside of premier pro while removing the old timeline from the previous project without having to restart the whole program as the old timeline from the previous project stays on my workspace when I select "new project"

go to File - close all projects

start a new project

Premiere Pro now opens several projects at the same time
