Opening app

Whenever I try to open Premiere pro It gets stuck on this loading file called ImporterQuickTime.bundle.

I have uninstalled the app and downloaded it again but it still did the same thing; I have also recently been told to try and end the process called Dynamiclink, but everytime I launch the app it just happens so that the process launches itself as well. So I took the risk to delete Dynamiclink to see wether or not that was the problem but still nothing. I use a Macbook air Plz help if you can, Thank you!

first of all, I don't think a macbookair is sufficient to run premiere

Did it ever work on your macbookair?  The hardware requirements get more demanding with updates.  You might try installing premiere 2019 which is still available for download (but who knows for how long) and if you're trying to uninstall premiere, try this
