Overheating 2019 MBP 16in i9 64gb while Edit in PP

I'm on a 2019 16in MBP i9, 8 core, 64gb running Adobe Premier and have serious heat issues that slow my machine way down making render time hours when they used to be minutes.

Temp jumps from 60c to 85-89c when PP loads and is running.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
