Overwritten Premiere Pro auto-save folder

I accidently overwrite the auto-save premiere pro file with a different folder. Is there any way to recover the data from the previous folder?

In Windows there is the Recycle bin, you can give that a try, but it's unlikely. Hopefully you have a backup of the main folder you are using. I never rely on AutoSave. I always backup each day to a zip (7z) file, and the zips are then copied to a separate physical internal drive. So, I have the original, and the ones in either zip to call on.
