have been trying to purchase a Creative Cloud Premiere Pro subscription for the last few days and it does not work. I've tried different browsers, different devices and even calling adobe sales and it still doesn't work. I've attempted to call my bank. They aren't blocking the transaction, I've also tried different cards. I have even tried PayPal. Upon further research I noticed that other people are having an issue. Hopefully there is something someone could do to fix this as I would love to continue using this software. You guys are loosing out on a lot of money. I've seen so many comments on this
You'd think it be easier to spend money!
Please help.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
