Playback issues on 14.8 Adobe Premiere with NVidia Driver Update 461.40

Hi there,

Surely i'm not the only person still having playback issues? PC Specs are as follows so i'm 99.9% sure it's nothing hardware related:

Processor: 9900k

Ram: 3200 16gb

GPU: Asus Rog 1060 6gb

Since updating to 14.8 Adobe Premiere and updating to the Studio Driver as told, i'm still having massive playback issues. Have tried 'back-dating' drivers as well as Adobe Premiere but nothing seems to resolve it?

When I open a video to play in Premiere it 'jitters' where it plays for almost a second and then skips back a bit, then goes forward another second and then skips back a bit again.

Any help would be most appreciated as currently I cannot undertake any video editing.
