Player error

Hello,

I am facing alot of player errors for the past few days on PP
I don't understand why one second its giving me player error 60, then Player error 10 and now player error 63.
I am using stock footage mostly and
My specs are 

I really dont know what the issues is 
Please help!!!

Sorry for that. Would you mind sharing more information?

• Does it happen with a specific project?
• Can you try deleting cache files? Also, try resetting the prefrences.
