Hello, I am running the latest premiere version (14.3.1) and my problem is that whenver i scrub through my footage it shows a whole other different part of the clip. For example: say im scrubbing over a video of a flower in my timeline, and i want to cut it and delete the rest. well when i do that it will show the flower, and then i start scrubbing a couple frames and then it shows a whole other part of the clip that i already cut out of the timeline. It is already deleted.  In my case: i want that 5 second clip of the flower, but when i scrub it will show the other part of the video that is deleted from the timeline. Hope that makes sense. Cant figure it out. Help!!! this is slowing down my workflow so much.
