While I'm edidintg my video everything looks and sounds fine, but as soon as I export the video get's really weird. See attached file.
I really have no idea what is going on here. This has never happened to me before, and I've been using the same export settings and PP settings for a while with no problem. It also takes roughlky and entire day to export. The video is only 20 min -- this has also never been a problem.
I'm not sure what to do at this point. I've deleted and redowloaded PP and my computer as well.
Thanks!

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings. by any chance are your sources from a screen recording or a smart phone. In that case the problem may be variable frame rates...
use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download
if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate
https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake

also you can try smart rendering. Set your preview format in your sequence settings to a high quality format like prores 422HQ and render your entire sequence. If everyting renders properly, then export with the "use previews" checked.
