Premiere pro's preview box has been zoomed in. I cannot zoom out. please help

what is the "preview box?" don't think there's anything in premiere called that.

If you are talking of the Program monitor, where you watch the sequence on a timeline play, then check the lower left corner, and make sure it's set to "fit".
