Plugins don't show in Premiere Pro

Hello!

Plugins in my premier pro don't work:(

How can i fix it?

They are located in: "library->application support->adobe->common->plug-ins. 
the  tutorial (use shift etc.) doesn't work

I'm a foreigner sorry for my bad English
