Plugins won't be visible in "Effects" Tab

I got premiere pro plugins and I dragged them to 

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/

And you can see them when loading into premiere pro, however when I go into my project and search for them. I cannot see it. Is there a way to find them or reset it, I'm not sure...

Plugins most of the time need to be installed not just dragged into a folder.

Which plugins are you talking about.

I'm using Sapphire Plugins, I got them for free... they work in After Effects but don't seem to work on premiere pro.
