The Premiere Pro CS6 links seem to work. I can download the exe as per the post by Averdahl  here:

I didn't try to install it, however.

Even if you get the download, you'll need a license, no longer sold, to run it. You cannot run CS6 using a cloud subscription.

Ann, I was just able to download the Windows PR CS6 files and start the installer. This was not possible recently. Go figure.
