Hi!

Please help!

I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro. I completed one video project without issue. I took a break from that task for about 10 days and returned to Adobe Premiere Pro to make a second video. It is behaving/responding completely differently. I cannot see the text I insert. I cannot see the graphic or video the text layer is on top of. When I play back a project is is jerky, lags and fails to play all portions. For example, it shows its playing over a certain title, and never actually shows that title. I have included a few screenshots of what I am working with.

I have restarted my computer. I started with a new file in case the other was corrupt. I am not running any other programs except Premiere Pro, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I have even installed an earlier version.

Any thoughts on what would cause this issue, especially from one project to the next?

Thank you!
