If it were possible, I would rather than PP left the great-looking 4K video produced by the iPhone 11 Pro max alone, so that I could focus on trimming the ends of the cut, and cleaning up the audio or replacing the audio track with a better one.
So far with PP15.0, the feature to auto sync based on two different audio clips now fails every time, with the silly updated function bashing one clip to the end of the other.
PP15.0 is also adding a bunch of pixel noise everywhere in the frame when exporting the video to 4K with a 35-40Mbps VBR. Using video noise & grain reduction effects didn't help at all, but exploded processing time for exports from about 15 minutes to 90 minutes for a 20-minute clip. Rendered size estimates are also still wildly off for H.265 export.
Original .MOV H.265 20-minute clip is 8.77GB while exported clip of the same material in a PP15-produced MP4 40Mbps VBR H.265 is 4.4GB. Adobe does not seem to play as well with 4K 30FPS clips from Apple hardware as with the 60Mbps clips produced by Sony A6600 even when the original iPhone videos of the same scene look far better.
