PPro doesn't import sound of mp4 anymore

Hello,

PPro doesn't import sound of mp4 anymore. Sometimes one of the mp4s works, but from the otherones I can't grap the sound. Throwing away chache doesn't help. What can I do?

Most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor, set in and out point. Then drag/insert into timeline.
