Prem Pro 14.5 Hangs on exit

The latest 14.5 upgrade consistently hangs on program exit. Project exits and then the program will not close. Tried CTRL-SHIFT-ALT and CTRL-ALT and the problem persists. I have gone back to 14.4 because it works fine. (Surface Book 8GB windows 10 Pro 20H2 Version 19042.610
