I'm using PC and my Premeire Pro has started opening to an area completely off screen that I can't reach. It only appears as a white screen on my window when I hover over the icon. Do I have to completely uninstall and reinstall to fix this?

Thanks for the help. I actually fixed it. Somehow it was stuck between my two monitors and not appearing on either one. When I reversed which was the primary monitor it popped up out of nowhere. I dragged it to safety and reversed the monitors again and all is well.

Did you save the preferences when you uninstalled?

Try renaming this file: DVADialogPrefs.xml in the following folder. (I just did this again today)

Paste this into file explorer:

"%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\14.0\DVADialogPrefs"
