Premier is Bugging Out hard

Good Afternoon!

My Copy of 2020 Prem. Pro is freaking out today. My timeline isn't scrubbing. I can't drag sequences into the timeline. I can't switch to the Color tab. A lot of functions and buttons are freezing or not loading. I restarted my computer several times and reinstalled Prem. Pro 2020. Any suggestions?
