HI,

Premier Pro suddenly stops working for me after any project is opened. I'm a total novice at this sort of thing, so I'm not the most techie; however the application appears to load OK, but the preview window is just black. after a few seconds the application locks up completely and goes white, with my cusor being replaced by that irritating blue spinning wheel...

I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 on a 2 month old PC...

Any help greatfully accepted as I really am not the most knowledgeable at this sort of thing!

OK, so I force closed PP. and restarted, creating a fresh new project - Imported new media and everythign seemed to work fine.

I then closed it down and restarted with the original project and everything worked OK.

just weird!

Glad its back though...
