Premier Pro and Media Encoder STALL and crashes. Every time??

Adobe, I've been using your products since Premier Pro 2.0

WHY does the latest Premier Pro, when I export to Media Encoder (a 1min, 30 second video, with Ultra Key, Crop, and Drop Shadow of just me talkig to cam) it STOPS at 30 sec mark? Reboot doesn't help. Using iPhone 11 Pro Max with FiLMiC Pro, 4K, 60 fps, 1/60th shutter, ISO 60. Laptop is HP OMEN, intel Core i7, 8th gen, 32 gig ram, SSD drives, NVIDA GEFORCE 1060 graphic card (6 gig ram).

ALL was fine for almost 1 year. Today, it's all garbage. 
I really do not want to go to another competing editing program. I want to stay with Adobe.

But this is silly now. Premier export OR Media Encoder should never "just stop working" and sit there doing nothing. 

Can you advise? Fix? Help?

Make sure you have the latest Nvidia STUDIO driver installed, not the Game driver.
