Premier Pro CC 2019 v13.1.5 does not open second time in windows 10 Home

Hi,

I have tried uninstalling and installing and updating  Premier Pro multiple times, but could not open the appllication on second launch.

Just after installation i am able to open my project and work, as soon as i close the app i am not able to open, tried killing from Task manager but the process is not active to kill.

This is getting headache for me. I am not getting any error or any failure,

OS: windows 10 Home

System:8GB RAM, 512 SSD, integrated  graphic- Asus vivobook
