Premier Pro CC 2021 - Blue Purple Skin tone

Hi Adobe Fam,

I need help.

The skin tone is blue/purple and I wonder if it's a graphic card or driver issue.

No Lumetri Color or Basic Corrections added.

I recorded the video with Canon C300 Mark II and I'm using the original video canon log file .MXF

I tried switching Project Settings > General > Video Rendering and Playback > Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. and no luck 😞

I tried looking for an AMD driver for Mac and no luck 😞

I'm using a Macbook 2019 with Intel processor and GPU AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

Any suggestions?

Hi sancheeze28,

This issue has been fixed in the latest version of Premiere Pro (v15.2). You may download the latest version of Premiere Pro from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Hope it helps.

Thanks,

There has been another user of that camera with the issue ... apparently they are working on it, and there is a workaround involving the channel mixer for the moment. Trying to find that thread.
