Premier Pro CC After Effects Workflow

- I am using After Effects to be able to reduce grain on my video

- The Dynamic Linking between AE and PP leaves me with choppy footage within PP sequence

- I tried creating a new composition in AE itself and then importing to PP - still the same

Can anyone suggest how to go about this ?

I recommend you look into the Render and Replace workflow:

Rendering would probably help. Press enter or return with the timeline that has the AE comp selected.
