Premier Pro compatibility

I have a Toshiba Laptop with the following configuration:

CPU: Core i7 4700HQ

RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4600
          AMD Radeon R9 265x 2GB DDR5
Storage: SSD 1TB WD Blue
How can i use Premiere Pro with my laptop? Or if there's an older version of this software that work here.

have you checked your system against the minimum specs required for premiere?

Have you tried running premiere on your laptop?  There's a free trial so no reason not to try.
