Strange issue that started popping up!

If I have Preimer Pro open and I click anything outside preimer pro it locks up my entire PC. Screen goes black then comes back after few seconds but nothing is there (desktop Icons) and I have to resart the PC. I normaly have some sound effects open in a folder on my other monitor so I can easily drag them in.. but when I click a sound effect to bring in my PC just locks right up. Same goes if I click Chrome or anything for that matter! I try to duplicate the crash but sometimes I can not get it to crash, so I start working again and go to drag in a sound effect and.. it crashes!

(Things I tried)

Rolling back GPU drivers and Adobe Preimer

Cleared Cashe

Restet properties and workspace

Created new Projects

All hardware up to date

(Specs)

Intel i7 9700k

32 GB ram

Nvidia 2070 super

3 1T SSD drives

(Attached is a crash report) I am currently on Preimer Pro 15.2

Thank you for the reply!

I tried the Studio driver already, forgot to mention that. Now I am starting to think it is the Red Giant Universe Plugin.. Just a thought but I was working on a project fine no crashes. I opened Red Giant and then clicked out of Premier Pro and my PC froze. Not saying this is the problem but I will do a few test!
