Premier Pro Crashing after Update CC2021

Anyone else having the problem with Priemer Pro not starting after the March 2021 CC Update? It gets hung up on loading the ImporterQuicktime.prm I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a bunch of times, both keeping preferences and deleting preferences. 

Does anyone have any solutions for this?

did you try to update QuickTime player?

also try to reset the preferences anyway ...
