PREMIER PRO EXPORT TOO LONG

HELLO.
I have a problem with exporting in premier pro.
My project does not have too much effect and export time take over 6 hour and even after 6 hours it finish 50% of process. I think it is not normal and please kindly advice me how to solve that problem. 
Here is my PC info and Project info and settings
My PC
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900x  ~3.8 GHZ  12 core 24 thread processor
RAM - Corsair Dominator 3200Mhz  32 GB  (16GB x 2)
GRAPHIC CARD- NVIDIA RTX 2080 ti 11GB  
and using Samsung EVO 512 GB SSD and 4TB 7200 RPM HARDDISK

Project info and setting are as show in screenshoot.
It is  58min long 30fps  2K resolution screen recording video clip and I  just only add one logo Png file and denoiser sound effect. that's all.
but output export time is very long and i saw  my CPU and Graphic and RAM did not work for full load
it only take around 10% of my pc's resource.
please kindly help me.

Try using software encoding instead of hardware, see if it makes a difference.

When I tried  software encoding , it did not keep rendering at around 40%. I think it stop. Time remaining show more time and  elapsed keep going but process stop.
