I am halfway through editing a video and Pro has frozen. It will not play in timeline or in other windows. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? It is the latest version of Premier Pro.

Hi there!

Sorry for the performance issue. Can you share the following information?

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Does it happen with a specific project?
  • What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

Thanks,

Kartika

What @Kartika Rawat says: Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, Pr version? Thanks. Also a screen grab of your issue will be helpful.
