Premier pro preset

i tried to install a preset from internet but when i import it nothings shows up in the preset list, i have tried multiple presets but they dont show up in the preset list. Some presets add a folder but the presets arent in there. i have 1 preset that did work but the rest doesn't work

What version and build number of Premiere Pro?

Where are you downloading the presets from?

How are you installing them?

My operating system is windows 10

the version of my premier pro is v16.6.0.51   i dont know the build number

i am downloading them from famous YouTubers who put a google drive link in the description for the presets

i install the presets by right clicking on the preset folder in premier pro and pressing import preset

They may not be compatible with either your operating system or that version of Premiere Pro.

In the discription on Youtube: Make sure to download bcc Plugins before using thee presets.....

yes i already did that. But it didnt fix the problem
