Premier Pro will not upload to youtube

Is anyone else having the issue where you try and export to youtube and is fails and either says you are not logged into youtube or there is a connection error, everything was fine in December, however, since the new year I have not been able to upload to youtube - all my videos are between 2 and 30 minutes long

I always recommend skipping the Publish feature.  Export normally and upload through your browser.

Best way to go: upload manually.
