I updated Premiere to the current version and it is taking too long to load. If I install the version I was previously on, it only takes around 5 seconds for Premiere to fully load. All my other CC apps are up to date and take around 5-10 seconds to fully load. However, Premiere takes around 8 minutes to fully load. The Splash screen stays frozen, and no loading text is seen. This has been ongoing for every upgrade after 14.0.3. 14.0.4 was when this issue first started, and the only way to fix this is if I continue working on 14.0.3 version.
