Windows 10 Pro version 2004 fully updated today.

Intel  Core i7-3615QM @ 2.30 GHz, 16GB RAM running on MacMini (bootcamp).

Worked before upgrade to Premiere 14.5.

Calls for Intel driver upgrade, but my driver is already 10.18.10.5146, fully up to date.

Premiere opens the spash screen, then goes no further.

Guessing your intel gpu is too old.

If its a 4000 it is no longer supported.

Thank you Ann. Yes, it is an Intel HD 4000. Did not know this was no longer supported. I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere, and at least it is running now.
