Premiere 15, keyboard problem

Hello

Premiere Pro 15.2; macosCatalina; iMac i7, during working with timeline (playhead) the keyboard arrows stop responding , reopening Premiere is the only solution, anybody was facing this problem ?

Replacing the keyboard did not help.

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

Thanks for reply. Resetting workspace does not help, resetting preferences helped temporarily, after ~2h problem comes back.

Please tell us your system specs: Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and the model number of your system which you'll find in the apple menu:  about this mac.

Was the keyboard working properly previously?  If so, have you done any os or premiere updates or installed any new software or hardware?
