Premiere crashes on the loading screen every time I open it. I've removed Premiere and all of it's preferences & plug-ins and it still will not launch.

Have you done a full ininstall/reinstall of Premiere? What about Creative Cloud?

What are your system specs?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the exact version of Premiere Pro that you are using and the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, please attach a screenshot of the splash screen window where Premiere Pro is getting stuck.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I'm asking for help not providing an answer.

I'm getting the screen "Sorry an error occurred. See attached screen capture.  I went thru the steps where it thinks I need the newest version.  I have the newest version 24.1.  I also unstalled Premier and reinstalled it.  Still no luck.  Mac Studio 2022, Apple M1 Max, 64GB ram, Sonoma 14.2.1.  Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.  Regards, Mike
