Premiere always displays pictures with odd rgb issues on [playback and export

in the master file it comes out all pixelated but in the imported files that i can select to put in the time line it looks clear as day. its shot on a $1300 camera so its not an issue with the camera. 

my pc is a ryzen 9 3900x x570 mother board with a amd 5700xt GPU i dont believe its a hardware issue.

excuse me, cameras a lot more expensive than $1300 can have problems....  mediainfo will tell you the important specs of your source

panasonic lumix g9 no other program has an issue with the files. lightroom luminar 4 windows photo viewer. its only on premiere pro. now when i change the engine to mercury software engine it goes away. however i have a $400 gpu and with the amount of data im processing i cannot wait 20 minutes to export a 10 second video like i just did. how do i use photos with the gpu acceleration...

This is usually an indication that there's a problem with the driver for
the GPU. Check the website of the gpumaker
