Premiere and other Adobe software are always in the foreground after a work step is made

I'm on Windows 10 and since a week or so everytime I do any step in all Adobe software the program puts itself into the foreground no matter what other things I'm doing. So when I save or open a project and I tab out into another window after Premiere finishes that step it opens itself again and it's getting pretty annoying.

I didn't update anything and don't remember to change any settings. Does anyone also have this problem and know how I can change it back?
