It never corrects itself, I have deleted the app deleted the cache also went to a lower version, even started a new project and nothing! I've never had this problem help me please.

So I finally got my program to work correctly, after trying everything you told to me nothing was working. All my files were working perfect, but when I would import more than 2 files on the program it would just go crazy. I finally went into my adobe files and deleted everything in my folder RIP! But after doing this, I can finally import more than 2 files without it being all crazy! Again thank you.

Hey there,

So we should probably start off with the basic questions: Does your main video need to be matched to the frame rate of the other assets in your sequence? Have you tried duplicating your main video to a new location, and using the new video? Have you added your other assets one at a time to see if the intro video or the song files are having issues?

I encountered this issue once; I duplicated another working project with the other assets I needed, and replaced the original main video with my updated content, and that worked fine (like a template).

Ohh yeah: Clear your cache by pressing Shift + Alt (Win) or Opt (Mac) while starting up Premiere Pro.

Hope this helps...
