Premiere build 14.6: Clip Audio offset when added to timeline

After upgrading to 14.6 on Catalina i can't add clips to the timeline without the audio being offset.

Can anyone help me with this?

I already set up a new project, restarted everything...

Select all clips, right click on red number and Move into Sync.

i downgraded back to 14.5, everything is back to normal.

Adobe can you fix this? I mean importing clips is pretty important for a video editing software.
