Even after I import through menus, then close/reopen the project, premiere can't load the media. Just winds up with a gray screen, nothing plays, and it all crashes. Had to get work done so I installed 13 (went that far back because of another, different bug), and everything is a-ok.
Sorry to hear about this. With which version of Premiere Pro were you experiencing this issue? Also, have you tried resetting app preferences and checked if it's working properly?
