I keep getting an error that says "A serious error has occurred" we will attempt to save your work. Something like that and then the program crashes. I've tried the shift + option to clear my cache but that changed nothing. I'm on a Macbook Pro with 16gb of RAM. Has anyone fixed this issue before? This is my first time using Premiere and it's been awful.
you need to give us some additional info. what version of the OS are you running and what version of Premiere? and what model macbook pro are you running? I'm running premiere on a 2012 macbook pro with 16 gigs of ram and it's running fine.
