Can you please try these rebooting steps :

FAQ: How to clean media cache files

FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences.

If it doesn't work please try to :

- Nest the sequence

- Opening the nest

- Applying Warp Stabilizer within the nested sequence.

I got followed specs:

CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

GPU:AMD R9 280X (MSI)

RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz

I turn my PC into a Hackintosh so im running not on Windows 10 anymore, now on macOS Catalina 10.15.7

On Windows 10 with same specs everything worked very well.
