PREMIERE CRASHES WHEN OPENING

I have tryed reseting preferences, uninstalling the program and drivers, deleting the essential sounds folder etc. I have fixed the problem when disabelling display adaptors, but when opening I cannot export video and render my timeline. Please help me. I have been having this issue for the past 4 days and have missed the deadline for work...

  • Does it work if you go to File > Project Settings > General and change the Software Renerer to Software Only?
  • Have you tried to run Windows Memory Diagnostic* to check your RAM?
  • If you start a brand new project and import media into it, can you export that?
  • What happens if you create a brand new project and import the old project into the new project?

 

*= Type memory in the search field in the Start menu to find it.

you might try an earlier version of the software but stay in the 2020 versions.
