Premiere keep crashing any time I change the sequence aspect ratio in the sequence settings. I just got a loupedeck+ and it seems that is the problem. Is there anything that could be done?

Hi Kartika,

I've deleted the cache files and there appear to be some logs recorded which I've attached. It only seems to happen when I have the Loupedeck+ as a device in the control surface list. I change my resolution from 1920x1080 to 1920x960 then it asks if I want to delete all previews because I changed the setting, then it just freezes and nothing happens.

Thank you.

I wonder if updating the Loupedeck firmware would help?

I agree with what the expert suggested.

You can even try contacting the loupedeck support and see if they can help or provide updated software.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu
